COMMERCIAL GROUNDS MAINTENANCE

Commercial lawn maintenance, planned around your site.

Recurring mowing, edging, string trimming, and blowing for commercial properties around Ludowici and Long County, plus Hinesville, Allenhurst, and Midway. Start with a walkthrough request so we can review your maintained areas, access, and preferred work windows, then confirm the scope, frequency, and route availability in your quote.

A PLAN FOR THE ACTUAL SITE

More clarity. Less to chase.

  • Scope: mowing, string trimming, edging, and blowing serviced paved areas; any shrub trimming or initial cleanup agreed separately.
  • Scheduling: frequency, preferred work windows, and weather considerations.
  • Access: gates, tenant activity, parking, and site restrictions.
  • Communication: a designated contact and a clear process for scope changes.

One property or several?

Include each location in your inquiry. We’ll discuss access, service needs, and route fit for each site, then define the maintenance scope.

For property managers, apartments, townhomes, manufactured-home communities, offices, retail properties, storage facilities, and RV parks.

These are property types we welcome inquiries about, not a list of existing clients.

STRAIGHTFORWARD FROM THE START

From site details to a recurring plan.

01

Tell us what you need

Send the property location and a contact method. If you manage several sites, list each address and note who can discuss the work. Access notes and preferred timing help, but are optional to start.

02

Agree on the scope

We review maintained boundaries, lawn condition, gates, parking, and site activity. We then confirm the recurring tasks, service frequency, areas to exclude, and any separately quoted cleanup or shrub work.

03

Get on the schedule

Work is arranged after you approve the quote and service expectations. We agree on access and the site contact before the first visit, with any later scope changes discussed before adding work.

PLANNING RECURRING SERVICE

Before your commercial walkthrough.

What should I send to request a walkthrough?

Start with your name, a phone number or email, the property location, and commercial lawn care as the service. If known, add the property or company name, the areas to maintain, preferred timing, and site access details. These extra details are optional for the first request.

What if the property needs an initial cleanup?

Tell us about tall grass, overgrown edges, or shrubs needing attention. We can discuss an initial property cleanup separately from recurring maintenance, then agree which areas and tasks belong in the ongoing plan.

Do I need to choose the mowing frequency first?

No. Share the condition you want to maintain and any preferred work windows. We review growth, access, and site use with you, then confirm the frequency, maintained areas, and route availability in your quote.

LET’S START WITH YOUR PROPERTY.

Good grounds start with a clear scope.

Tell us where it is and what you need. We’ll take it from there.
