Quote requests
We collect the name, contact details, property location, requested service, and any optional details you submit. We use them to review your request, contact you, prepare a quote, and arrange service. Submitting a request does not book work or subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and notifications
Quote form submissions are stored as private Fluent Forms entries in this website’s WordPress database. Authorized business operators can review saved entries even if an email notification is missed. When transactional email is configured, request details are sent to our business notification destination. A saved request does not establish that an email reached our inbox.
Source information
We may save an approved source label with your inquiry, such as Google Business Profile, our Facebook business page, a yard sign, or a referral, to understand how customers found us. Your browser may store that label for your current visit. This information stays with your inquiry separately from optional website analytics.
Essential quote form storage
The quote form keeps a random request token and whether the request is awaiting confirmation or confirmed in your browser’s session storage and page history. This helps recover a saved request after a connection problem without submitting it twice. This browser storage contains no names, contact details, property addresses, or messages, and the token is not sent to analytics. It operates even when you decline optional analytics. Choosing “Start another request” creates a new token for a separate inquiry.
Optional website analytics
If you choose “Accept analytics,” we use Google Analytics to understand visits and use of our website. Our analytics feature does not load Google Analytics or send requests to it before you opt in. Once enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies and browser identifiers and processes technical information about your browser, device, and connection. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s processing.
We measure page views, taps on our call and text links, the start of a quote form, and confirmation that a quote request was saved. A tap does not establish that a call connected or a text was sent. A saved request does not establish that work was booked. Analytics receives a cleaned page address without query parameters or fragments and only an approved referring site’s origin, where available.
We do not send your submitted form contents or quote reference number to Google Analytics. This includes names, contact details, property addresses, and messages. We do not use a custom customer identifier or enable advertising features in this analytics setup.
Your analytics choice
You can choose “Decline” and still use the website, call or text us, and submit a quote request. Use “Privacy settings” in the footer to change your choice at any time. Your choice is remembered in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. Declining after accepting stops future analytics collection by this website; it does not erase information already collected or delete quote requests you submitted.
Website operation and security
WordPress, the form service, and our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website, handle requests, and protect against abuse. Fluent Forms also stores technical metadata such as IP address, browser, device information, and country information where available. We restrict access to inquiry records to authorized operators.
Calls, texts, and photos
Call and text links open your phone or messaging app; they do not automatically contact us. Photos are optional and can be texted separately. This website does not accept file uploads. Your phone, messaging, and email providers handle messages under their own terms.
Access and deletion
To ask about or request deletion of information you submitted, call (912) 515-4365. We may ask you to confirm the request relates to your information. Requests are kept while needed for inquiry follow-up, service, and relevant business records. We do not sell inquiry information.
Customer accounts
You do not need a customer account to request lawn care. Website administration is restricted to authorized operators.
